All support personnel were kind and helpful. Perhaps it is the new face of “healthcare” but the care received from Dr. Batty was lacking. I go to a dermatologist and expect to have my arm, legs and chest checked for anomalies. No, nothing, only what I could identify.

Scott was very professional, and respectful, and quickly put me at ease. I appreciated the thorough explanations given to questionable skin growths/spots/lesions, etc. My concerns and fears were addressed, and questions answered. He seems VERY knowledgeable.

My son and i are very happy with Dr. Ryan and highly recommend him. He is very kind, professional and personable, has a calming demeanor, takes time to listen to my son and I, makes sure all of our questions and concerns are addressed, and even referred us to a pharmacy with the best prices that mails the prescription directly to us. We're so thankful for Dr. Ryan and his amazing staff.

Scott was awesome, very kind very professional. He addressed all of my concerns and didn’t seem rushed through the visit. My only complaint was it took a week for me to get an emergency appointment, but I was also a new patient.
