I was extremely disappointed with provider, Kylee Shaw, specifically. I told her that I had a rash under my breast that was very painful and unexplained itching all over my body. She biopsied my upper chest area.
I reminded her about the itching and she looked at my scalp and checked my hair for lice!!! I didn't even have itching on my scalp! I'm not a dirty person or have bad hygiene. I also did not have itching on my scalp. There was no reason for her to go through my hair and ignore the rest of my body, which was the source of the itching and I, obviously, didn't have lice!!!
When I reminded her about the rash under my breast, she, actually, gave me a pretty disgusted look and would not look at my rash. She said it was just chafing. It was not just chafing. It ended up being a serious rash and I had to beg them for treatment 3 weeks later when the rash went from a few bumps to over 100 all on top of each other. They did give me medication after requiring that I send a picture of my rash, which is in a private number to their primary phone number. It was absolutely humiliating. But they had no appointments for a month. I couldn't wait.
The medication they finally gave me worked, but the rash is back and the pain is back with it and they wont see me for 3 weeks!!! Now, I am, again humiliated because i am having to leave a negative review because they are STILL delaying care that should have been provided in September to, now, the end of November. This could have been prevented if Kaylee Shaw ,PA followed the minimum standard of care by doing an adequate exam.

Dr. Stoddard removed a basal cell carcinoma from my ear (MOHS). I’ve had several done in the past so I’m pretty familiar with the procedure. The procedure was painless, the Dr. and staff were very informative, and the facility (for the wait while the lab work is done) was very comfortable. Thank you to everyone that works at Idaho Skin Institute. Sad to say, I’ll probably see you again, but at least I know I’m in great hands
