Trying to contact them outside of peak business hours has proven helpful. Utilizing the Spanish speaking option if applicable, is helpful as well

We will continue to try and assist you in anyways that we can. We have addressed this issue with our state senators and congressmen, and the American Academy of Dermatology has been in talks with the FDA about this problem.
Like us, we encourage you to express your frustration to your US Representative and Senator as this is a federal government issue.
