Receptionists were so welcoming and helpful. The back office nurses were just awesome… Helpful, great at assisting and very very competent.Dr Stoddard was so kind he listened and was great at his abilities. I would dare say he right up there with Utah University and Mayo Clinic.. He has amazing skills and the most wonderful bedside manner…Thank you for all the time and skills needed for Doug.. A special shout out to our nurse who stayed with us when ever we needed.. Supplied warm blankets to Doug and could answer all our questions and gave must needed visits to just laugh or listen .. Thank you ,you are so delightful..I wish I could remember her name but I can’t…

It was pretty positive except I thought he could have listened to me a bit more about some things. I am old but I know my body & have sensitive skin & know what I have experienced, some things that may not be very common, for instance I am allergic to phosphorus is soaps & need to be careful what I put on my skin. I am positive that my itching on my body is from dust mites & he took a cursory look & said it was hereditary. I wasn’t asking what it was, I know what is causing it, I was interested in what might help it stop the itching. My family never had any skin problems & this started after moving to Twin Falls only about 2 years ago (I am 83) but he seemed like he was in a hurry to leave. This was my first visit & I wanted to make him aware of all of my issues. I wanted to tell him about a surgery with skin graft for removal of a Spindell cell proliferation on my left ankle (2019)but he didn’t see the scar & seemed like he was in a hurry to leave. I just think he needed to be a bit more receptive to what I was saying, I have lived in this skin for a long time & I just met him.

I was impressed with Dr. Batty on my first time meeting him. He was apologetic for the time waiting for him, in which I wasn't concerned about. He was addressed my concerns and asked questions that brought out information that I wasn't aware was a cause of what I came to the Skin Institute for in the first place. I believe I am in good hands and I will be taken care of.
