Dr. Earl Stoddard
MD, FAAD, FACMS
Medical Director / Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Earl Stoddard completed his dermatology residency at the nationally acclaimed Duke University Medical Center. After finishing residency, he completed an additional one-year comprehensive Mohs surgery fellowship focusing on the most advanced techniques for skin cancer removal. After his training, Dr. Stoddard returned to Pocatello, his home, to practice surgical, medical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Stoddard is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and a member of the America Society of Dermatological Surgery. He graduated from the University of Washington Medical School with High Honors and is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Stoddard and his staff at the Idaho Skin Institute are the area's only dermatology office to offer photodynamic therapy for the treatment of pre-cancerous conditions and narrow-band UVB therapy for the treatment of psoriasis and eczema. Dr. Stoddard is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality of care in a comfortable and caring environment.
Dr. Stoddard is one of only 6 fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons in the state of Idaho and the only fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in Pocatello. He has helped perform over 6000 Mohs surgery cases.
When Dr. Stoddard is not working in the office, you can find him on the ski slopes, or off on a fun adventure with his wife Bernie and their 5 children.
Dr. Trevor Batty
Doctor Trevor Batty grew up in Vernal Utah and while attending Uintah High School he simultaneously earned an Associate’s Degree from Utah State University. Following high school he served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Curitiba, Brazil.
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University, he graduated medical school from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona in the top of his class as a member of Sigma Sigma Phi.
He completed his dermatology residency in sunny South Florida at Broward Health Medical Center, where he diagnosed and treated a wide-variety of patients providing him ample exposure to diverse pathology in various clinical settings.
Treating inflammatory skin conditions as well as studying early detection and management of skin cancer methods are some of his interests.
He believes in treating patients like family and providing education in order to empower patients to achieve optimal outcomes. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He also speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
When he is not at work, you can find Dr. Batty playing basketball, watching BYU athletics or the Utah Jazz, grilling or cooking in the kitchen, and spending time with his wife Whitney and their three daughters.
Ryan McCulloch, a Pocatello native, graduated from Idaho State University's Physician Assistant Program. He later received his Master's degree from the University of Nebraska. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, which has proven quite useful in caring for the Hispanic population. Ryan has trained with several dermatologists including Dr. Clay Baker, Dr. Stewart Carrington, and Dr. Earl Stoddard.
Ryan is a Diplomate with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Ryan joined Dr. Stoddard in 2008 and has become an integral part of the Idaho Skin Institute team. Ryan treats patients with all types of skin diseases.
When Ryan is not working, you can find him on the golf course, water skiing, or snow skiing with his wife Tara and their 4 children.
Leslie Burnside grew up in Pocatello and graduated from Highland High School. Go Rams! After completing her Bachelors in Biology with a minor in French, she went on to serve an LDS mission in Paris, France. Upon returning, she graduated with honors in 2002 with a Masters in Physician Assistant studies.
Leslie has trained with Dr. Earl Stoddard and Dr. Earl Chester. She also has several years of experience in family medicine, treating various dermatological conditions. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
When not working, you can find Leslie traveling, cooking, gardening, hiking, or hanging out with her husband, Jarren and their 4 children.
Amy graduated from Idaho State University in 2004 with a Masters in Physician Assistant studies. Since graduating, she has worked in various medical settings, but has always had a passion for skincare, and more specifically in cosmetic dermatology. She has more than 13 years of experience in the field of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including Bellafill, Xeomin, Radiesse, and Restylane.
Amy loves all aspects of dermatology and treats patients with various skin conditions. She is enthusiastic to help you with any of your skin conditions or cosmetic appearance that you are seeking.
When Amy is not working, you can find her hitting the ski slopes, fly fishing, or at a sporting event with her husband Matt and their 3 children.
Kascie has been with the Idaho Skin Institute for 10 years now. She started her career with the Idaho Skin Institute as a Certified Nurse Assistant. She received her Practical Nursing License in 2013, and her RN in 2016 from Idaho State University. She is an Idaho native and has a strong love for all things outdoors. She now is our nurse cosmetic injector. She has received extensive cosmetic injection training from the top injectors in the industry and has a passion for enhancing natural beauty with cosmetic procedures.
BURLEY, IDAHO OFFICE
Dr. Colby Bingham is a native of eastern Idaho, growing up in Blackfoot. After serving a mission for his church, he attended and graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and then a Degree in Medicine.
Following medical school, he completed a combined internal Med/General surgery internship at Intermountain Medical Center and a 3-year Dermatology Residency at the University of Missouri. Dr. Bingham enjoys all aspects of Dermatology including cosmetic, surgical, and medical.
When Dr. Bingham isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his three children. They enjoy running and skiing.
Laurel graduated from Idaho State University in 2011 with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, and from Barry University in Miami, Florida with a Masters in Social Work in 2004. She worked as a medical social worker until going back to school to pursue her PA degree. Since graduating from ISU, she has worked closely with Dr. Alan Olmstead in Twin Falls, Idaho.
She has provided general and cosmetic dermatology to the residents of the mini-cassia area for 8 years. Laurel is able to treat many skin conditions; including skin cancers, rashes, acne, and performs injections of botox and fillers.
Laurel is a member of the Idaho Association of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. When Laurel isn't working, she enjoys all things outdoor recreation with her husband Mike and their 2 children or relaxing with a book or a movie.
